PASSION FRUIT MEZCAL MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz (15 ml) of a Fresh Passion Fruit Pulp, Kosher Salt, Fresh Thyme (for garnish), Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Rocks Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh passion fruit pulp, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal,½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 2 oz (60 ml) Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Muddler, Lemon Squeezer, Old-Fashion Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the mezcal, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, lime juice, unsweetened hibiscus tea, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
