PASSION FRUIT MEZCAL MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) of a Fresh Passion Fruit Pulp,
Kosher Salt,
Fresh Thyme (for garnish),
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh passion fruit pulp, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add salt to the rim of a rocks glass, crushed ice, and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with more ice, garnish with a fresh sprig of Thyme.
