WHISKEY SOUR
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45ml) Whiskey,1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz (15ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, 3 Dashes of Bitters, 1 Egg White, 1 Maraschino Cherry, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Rocks Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker tin add the egg white and a bit of ice, shake briefly to aerate the whites. GRILLED PEACH & WHISKEY
INGREDIENTS: 1½ oz (45ml) Whiskey½ oz (15ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup ½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice 3-4 Slices of Grilled Peach Ice BAR TOOLS: Cocktail ShakerJigger Rocks Glass Muddler Strainers INSTRUCTIONS: Grilled half of a peach and add the slices to a cocktail shaker, muddle them together. Next, add the whiskey, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, lemon juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail ShakerJigger Lemon Squeezer Old-Fashion Glass Bar Spoon Strainers.
