CILANTRO & JALAPEÑO MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS 1½ oz (45 ml) Mezcal ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, ½ oz (15 ml) Grand-Marnier, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 4-5 Fresh Sprig of Cilantro, Fresh Slices of Lime, 3-4 slices of Fresh Jalapeño,Regular Ice & Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Strainers, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the fresh cilantro, fresh jalapeño, and muddle them together. SMOKY MANGO MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS: 1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal,½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Mango Juice, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the mezcal, 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh mango juice, ice, and shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. INGREDIENTS: 1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal, ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 6-7 Fresh Blackberries, Fresh Mint, Fresh Egg White Ice.
