ROSÉ GRAPEFRUIT MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups (16 oz) Fresh Grapefruit Juice, 1 Cups (8 oz) 1933 Oleo-Saccharum (Grapefruit), Grapefruit Peel for Garnish 1 Bottle of Chilled Rosé Champagne BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, PitcherJigger, Champagne Flute Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer/Juicer. INSTRUCTIONS: In a pitcher add the grapefruit juice and 1933 Oleo-Saccharum, stir everything together for 5-10 seconds. BLACKBERRY SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS: ½ oz (15 ml) Vodka, ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Blackberries Juice, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves, 3-4 Fresh Blackberries, Champagne, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Muddler, Lemon Squeezer, Wine Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves and blackberries, muddle them together. Next, add the vodka, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. TEQUILA & MANGO MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS: ½ oz (15 ml) Silver Tequila,1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, 2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Mango Juice ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, Champagne, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Wine Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the tequila, 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, fresh mango juice, fresh lemon juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. PINEAPPLE & ORANGE MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS 3 Bottles of Champagne, ½ Cup of 1933 Pineapple Simple Syrup, 1 ½ Cups of Fresh Orange Juice, 1 ½ Cup of Fresh Pineapple Juice, 1 Cup of Fresh Diced Pineapple, 1 Cup of Fresh Diced Strawberries, 1 Cup of Fresh Raspberries, Mint,Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, Glass Pitcher, Lemon Squeezer, INSTRUCTIONS In a pitcher combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and simple syrup, stir them together. WATERMELON SPRIZ
INGREDIENTS ½ oz (15 ml) Vodka 2 oz (60ml) Fresh Watermelon Juice, 2 oz (60ml) Amaro (Bitter Italian Liqueur), ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,3 oz (89ml) Rosé Champagne, Cucumber, Mint Sprig,Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Irish Coffee Glass (Footed) or Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Peeler, INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the watermelon juice, Amaro, vodka, and ice. Shake everything together and single strain over ice into an Irish Coffee Glass (footed) or an Old-Fashion Glass, top with Rosé Champagne and garnish with cucumber peel and mint sprig.
