INGREDIENTS 1½ oz (45 ml) Mezcal1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice   2-3 Small Slices of Fresh Ginger,Sparkling Water,  Fresh Sprig of Mint (For Garnish)Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Copper Mug or Rocks Glass, Muddler,  Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the small slices of gin and muddle them together. Next, add the Mezcal, fresh lime juice, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, ice, and shake for 10-15 seconds or until chilled.
