SMOKED CUCUMBER

SMOKED CUCUMBER

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz (45 ml) Mezcal, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Cucumber Juice
1 Fresh Cucumber Slice,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS: 

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

First, make your cucumber juice. Next, add the Mezcal, freshly squeezed lime juice, 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup, fresh cucumber Juice, and ice, to a cocktail shaker, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to the rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and enjoy.
