OAXACAN MULE
INGREDIENTS 1½ oz (45 ml) Mezcal1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice 2-3 Small Slices of Fresh Ginger,Sparkling Water, Fresh Sprig of Mint (For Garnish)Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Copper Mug or Rocks Glass, Muddler, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the small slices of gin and muddle them together. Next, add the Mezcal, fresh lime juice, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, ice, and shake for 10-15 seconds or until chilled. Lastly, add crushed ice to a copper mug and fine/double strain the cocktail into it, add the sparkling water and mix everything together....
MEZCAL SOUR
INGREDIENTS 2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal (Recommend Mezcal Jiménez 1933), ¾ oz (22 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Egg White 3-4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters Ice BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, Peeler INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal Jiménez 1933, egg white, fresh lemon juice, 1933 Simple Syrup, and dry shake everything together for 10-11 seconds. Next, add ice to the shaker and shake everything vigorously for another 10-11 seconds. Add a large block of ice to an old-fashion glass and single strain...
TROPIC STORM
INGREDIENTS 1 oz Mezcal, ½ oz Dark Rum, ½ oz 1933 Pineapple Simple Syrup, ½ oz Fresh Pineapple Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, Peeler, INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker the Mezcal, dark rum,1933 pineapple simple syrup, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. SMOKY STRAWBERRY
INGREDIENTS ½ oz Mezcal (Recommend Mezcal Jiménez 1933), ½ oz Rye, ½ oz Bourbon, ½ oz 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup, 2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters, Cotton Candy, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Peeler, INSTRUCTIONS In a stirring glass add the Mezcal, rye, bourbon, 1933 strawberry syrup, 2 dashes of aromatic bitters, and ice, stir the cocktail until chilled and single-strain over ice in an old-fashioned glass. STRAWBERRY MIST
INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz Mezcal (Recommended Mezcal Jiménez 1933) 1 oz Amaro 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice, ¾ oz 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup, 1 Fresh Chopped Strawberry, 1 Fresh Strawberry for Garnish, 1 Egg White, Ice. INSTRUCTIONS In a cocktail shaker add the chopped strawberry and muddle it together. Secondly, add the egg white, fresh grapefruit juice, 1933 Strawberry Simple Syrup, Amaro, Mezcal, and ice, shake everything together for 6-7 seconds. Thirdly, single strain the cocktail into an empty tin and dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Lastly, single strain the cocktail into a Flute Glass and garnish with a strawberry.
