SMOKY PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS

1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal 
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
½ oz (45 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,  
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, 
Chili Salt, 
Fresh Pineapple Slice,
Clean Pineapple Leaves,
Ice. 

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass or Rocks Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS

Add 3 or 4 small pineapple slices to a cocktail shaker, then muddle the slices. Next, add the 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, Mezcal, and dry shake (shake without any ice) for 6-7 seconds. Then add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake everything again for 6-7 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into a chill coupe or rocks glass, garnish with "clean" pineapple leaf, enjoy.
