BLACKBERRY SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS:
½ oz (15 ml) Vodka,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Blackberries Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Blackberries Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves,
3-4 Fresh Blackberries,
Champagne,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Wine Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves and blackberries, muddle them together. Next, add the vodka, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a wine glass, double strain the cocktail into it, and top off with Champagne. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a mint sprig.
