TEQUILA & MANGO MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS:
½ oz (15 ml) Silver Tequila,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup,
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Mango Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
Champagne,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Wine Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the tequila, 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, fresh mango juice, fresh lemon juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a wine glass, single strain the cocktail into it, and top off with Champagne.
