ROSÉ GRAPEFRUIT MIMOSA

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups (16 oz) Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
Grapefruit Peel for Garnish
1 Bottle of Chilled Rosé Champagne

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Pitcher
Jigger,
Champagne Flute Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer/Juicer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pitcher add the grapefruit juice and 1933 Oleo-Saccharum, stir everything together for 5-10 seconds. Add 2-3 oz of the mixture into a Champagne Flute glass and top off with chilled Rosé Champagne.
