INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60ml) of Light Rum, ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 3-4 Fresh Blackberries, 1 Fresh Sprig of Lavender, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Coup Glass, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the fresh blackberries and muddle them together. Next, add the Rum, 1933 Blackberry simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything vigorously together for 10-15 seconds.
