THE CARIBBEAN
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) of Light Rum,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Coconut Shavings,
2 oz (60ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
Orange Peel,
Regular Ice and Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Double Rocks Glass or Thin Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
Peeler,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the coconut shavings, fresh coconut water, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup, white rum, and ice. Shake everything vigorously together for 10-15 seconds, then double/fine strain the cocktail into a Thin Collins glass or Double Rocks glass. Lastly, top off with crushed ice and garnish with a thin slice of pineapple or lemon twist.
