INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60ml) Gin,½ oz (15ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves, Sprig of Mint, Lime Wedges Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Coupe Glass, Muddler, INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves and muddle them together. Next, add the lime Juice, Gin, 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add crushed ice to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it.
