
CRANBERRY GIN FIZZ
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Gin,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Cranberry Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Unsweetened Fresh Cranberry Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 Fresh Egg White,
Sparkling Water,
2 or 3 Fresh Cranberries for Garnish,
Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Highball or Double Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Muddler.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the Gin, 1933 Cranberry Simple Syrup, fresh cranberry juice, lemon juice, egg white, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Next, add ice to a highball or double rocks glass, single strain the cocktail into it, and top off with sparkling water, garnish with fresh sprig of mint and enjoy.
