RAMOS GIN FIZZ
INGREDIENTS: 1 ¼ oz (37ml) Gin,½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz (15 ml) Heavy Cream, 1 Egg White, 4 Drops of Orange Flower Water, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Cocktail Strainer, Lemon Squeezer, Collins Glass or Flute Glass. INSTRUCTIONS: Remember, like any cocktail with egg whites, this cocktail requires a long shake. WATERMELON COOLER
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45ml) Gin,½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice, ¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, 4-5 Fresh Watermelon Squares, Sparkling Water, Sprig of Mint, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Collins Glass, Strainers, Muddler, INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the watermelon and simple syrup, muddle them together. Next add the lime juice, gin, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to Collins glass and single strain the cocktail into it. INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45ml) Gin,¼ oz (7.5ml) Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, ¾ oz (22ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Simple Syrup, ¼ oz(7.5ml) Cream, 1 Egg, Sparkling Water Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Collins Glass or Wine Glass, Strainers, INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add a little bit of ice and the egg white, shake for 10 seconds.
