GRILLED PEACH WHISKEY SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Whiskey
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
2-3 Slices of Fresh Peach
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
1 Fresh Egg White
1 Fresh Egg White

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the peach slices & muddle them together. Next, add the whiskey, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, lemon juice, ice, and egg whites, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and fine/double strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with 2-3 dashes of bitters and a lemon or lime peel, enjoy.
