Passion Of Mezcal

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,

½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,

2 oz (30 ml) Fresh Guava Juice,

1oz (30 ml) Fresh Passion Fruit Juice,

Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish),

Dehydrated Lime wheel (for garnish),

Fresh Slice of Passion Fruit (for garnish)

Sparkling Water,

Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,

Jigger,

Collins Glass,

Cocktail Strainer,

Lemon Squeezer,

INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh guava juice, fresh passion fruit juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and more ice, garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and lime slice.
