POMEGRANATE MEZCAL SOUR

INGREDIENTS

oz (30 ml) Mezcal 
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, 
1 ½  oz (45 ml) Fresh Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice,
Fresh Egg White from one Egg,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Strainers,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh lemon juice, 1933 Simple Syrup, fresh pomegranate juice, mezcal, and egg white, dry shake everything for 5-6 seconds vigorously. Next, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double/fine strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and enjoy.
