PASSION FRUIT AND PINEAPPLE SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,   
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Pineapple juice,
½ of a Fresh Passion Fruit,
1 Egg White,
Dehydrated Citrus Slice or Dehydrated Pineapple Slice (for garnish),
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS

First add ice to a coupes glass. Next, In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh passion fruit, and fresh pineapple juice, dry shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and wet shake the cocktail for 10-15 seconds. Remove the ice from the coupe glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass. Lastly, garnish with a slice of dehydrated citrus or pineapple and enjoy.
