SNOW TOP
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Mezcal (Recommended Mezcal Jiménez 1933)
1 oz Crème de cassis,
1 oz Crème de cassis,
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice,
¼ oz Cointreau,
1 oz Coconut Cream,
2-3 Dashes of Orange Bitters,
Crushed Ice.
1 oz Coconut Cream,
2-3 Dashes of Orange Bitters,
Crushed Ice.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine mezcal, crème de cassis, lime juice, and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously until chilled. Double/Fine strain over crushed ice into a Flute glass and top off with coconut cream to the top and enjoy!
