GRILLED PEACH MEZCAL MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Mezcal
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
¼ oz (7.5ml) Sparkling Water
2-3 Slices of Fresh Peach
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters
Kosher Salt
1 Fresh Sprig of Rosemary (For Garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the lemon and peach slices, muddle them together. Next, add the Mezcal, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add salt to the rim of a double rocks glass, ice, and fine/double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water, garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a thin slice of dehydrated citrus, enjoy.
