PASSION FOR PEACH
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Vodka
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Peach, Cut in Quarters
½ of a Fresh Lemon, Cut in Quarters
Sparkling Water,
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Bar Spoon,
Collins Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktails shaker add the peach and lemon, muddle them together. Next, in add the vodka, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add crushed ice to the Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it, stir everything together. Top off with more crushed ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and enjoy.
