MIDORI SOUR WITH EGG WHITE

INGREDIENTS

1 oz (30ml) Midori, 
1 oz (30ml) Vodka, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Honeydew Simple Syrup,
1 Egg White,
Lemon Slice, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Old-Fashion Glass or Champagne Glass,
Peeler.
INSTRUCTIONS 

In a cocktail shaker add the egg white with a little bit of ice, shake for about 5 seconds to aerate the whites. Next add the Midori, Vodka, Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, 1933 Honeydew simple syrup, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-12 seconds. Add ice to an old-fashion glass and single strain the drink over the ice.

 

*If you want to impress your date, do this: After you have shaken all the ingredients together, open the shaker and double/fine strain the cocktail into an empty tin. Shake everything vigorously together again without ice; this will create more foam. Lastly, pour the cocktail into a champagne glass, and enjoy.
