KIWI IN SUMMER

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz (45 ml) Vodka
 oz (30 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,   
Half of a Fresh Kiwi, 
Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish),
Sparkling Water, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Double Rocks Glass,
Muddler,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker add the kiwi and muddle them together. Next, add the Rum, 1933 Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it, top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
