BLACKBERRY CRUSH
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Vodka,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves,
4-5 Fresh Blackberries,
Sparkling Water,
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the blackberries and mint leaves, muddle them together. Next, add the vodka, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, lemon juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and fine strain the cocktail into it. Top off the cocktail with crushed ice, sparkling water, fresh blackberries, and a fresh sprig of mint.
