The Zombie
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (60 ml) Light Rum
1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz ( ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1½ oz (45 ml) Fresh Orange Juice
2 Dashes of Bitters
Fresh Sprig of Mint or Cherry (for garnish)
Crushed Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Bar Spoon,
Collins Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktails shaker add the light rum, dark rum, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, 2 dashes of bitters, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Next, single strain the cocktail into a Collins glass, top off with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry or a small sprig of mint.
