INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Rum
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Guava Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Guava Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Coconut Water
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish)
Fresh Slice of Lemon (for garnish)
Sparkling Water
Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Wine Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh coconut water, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, 1933 Guava Simple Syrup, Rum, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a wine glass and double strain the cocktail into it, top off with sparkling water. Add more ice and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon and a fresh sprig of mint.
