The Hurricane
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (30 ml) Light Rum
1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Fassionola Simple Syrup
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Orange Juice
Half of a Passion Fruit Pulp
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint
Regular & Crushed Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Bar Spoon,
Hurricane Glass or Collins Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktails shaker add the light rum, dark rum, passion fruit pulp, lime juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, 1933 Fassionola Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Next, double strain the cocktail into a hurricane glass or Collins glass, top off with crushed ice. Garnish with a passion fruit slice and a fresh sprig of mint.
