PASSION FRUIT MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Rum
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ of a Passion Fruit 
½ of a Fresh Lime, Cut in Quarters
Sparkling Water,
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Bar Spoon,
Collins Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Collins glass add the lime, mint leaves, and muddle them together. Next, in a cocktails shaker add the rum, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, half of a passion fruit, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add crushed ice to the Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it, stir everything together. Top off with more crushed ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and half of a passion fruit.
