
GRILLED PINEAPPLE MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) Rum
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Cut into Quarters
4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
Fresh Pineapple Slice
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Clean Pineapple Leaf
Ice
Clean Pineapple Leaf
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
First, grill a pineapple ring then cut into small pieces. Second, add the fresh mint, grilled pineapple pieces, fresh lime quarters, into a Collins glass and muddle them together. Third, add the fresh pineapple juice, 1933 grilled pineapple simple syrup, and stir everything together. Lastly, add ice to the Collins glass and top off with sparkling water, stir one more time and garnish with a clean pineapple leaf. ENJOY!
