DRAGON FRUIT & STRAWBERRY MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Rum,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Lime Cut in Quarters,
½ of a Fresh Strawberry,
1-2 Small Slices of Dragon Fruit,
Sparkling Water,
Sparkling Water,
5-6 Fresh Mints,
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Muddler.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves, lime, dragon fruit, strawberry, and muddle them together. Next, add 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup, rum, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint, lime, and strawberry.
