GREYHOUND
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Gin,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Oleo-Saccharum Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Oleo-Saccharum Syrup,
4 oz (118ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
Fresh Grapefruit Slice for Garnish ,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer/Juicer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the Gin, 1933 Oleo-Saccharum Syrup, fresh grapefruit juice, and regular ice, shake everything for about 10-15 seconds until chilled. Add ice to a rocks glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a fresh Slice of Grapefruit and enjoy.
