Fassionola Limeade
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Gin
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Fassionola Simple Syrup
1 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Sparkling Water
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish)
Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Strainer,
Collins Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktails shaker add the gin, lime juice, 1933 Fassionola Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Next, double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass and top off with more ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a passion fruit slice and a fresh sprig of mint.
