PASSION FRUIT CAIPIRINHA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Cachaça,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Lime Cordial Syrup,
½ of a Passion Fruit
½ of a Fresh Lime, Cut in Quarters
Sparkling Water,
Fresh Sprig of Mint (for garnish)
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Strainer,
Rocks Glass.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the four lime wedges and muddle them together. Next, add the Cachaça, 1933 Passion Fruit Simple Syrup, 1933 Lime Cordial Syrup, half of a passion fruit, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add crushed ice to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with more crushed ice and a bit of sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and half of a passion fruit.
