BLOOD ORANGE CAIPIRINHA

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Cachaça,
3 oz (88ml) Fresh Blood Orange Juice,
2-3 Wedge of Fresh Lime,
Crushed Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Viognier Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the fresh lime wedges and muddle them together. Next add the fresh blood orange juice, 1933 Lime Cordial Syrup, Cachaça, and ice. Shake everything together for 10-15 seconds, then double/fine strain the cocktail into a VIognier glass with ice.
