ROSEMARY BOURBON SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Bourbon,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz  (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
1 Egg White,  
1 Small Fresh Sprig of Rosemary,
3-4 Drops of Bitters,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Coupes Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker tin add the egg white and a bit of ice, shake briefly to aerate the whites. Next, add the Bourbon, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, 1933 simple syrup, and more ice, shake everything vigorously for 10 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into a coupes glass and add 3 to 4 dashes of bitters.
