GRILLED PEACH BOURBON SMASH
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Bourbon
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
¼ oz (7.5ml) Sparkling Water
2-3 Slices of Fresh Peach
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters
4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters
4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint (For Garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the lemon, mint, and peach slices, muddle them together. Next, add the bourbon, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add crushed ice to a double rocks glass and Fine/double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with more crushed ice, garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a thin slice of peach, enjoy.
