GINGER & PEACH BOURBON SMASH
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup,
4-6 Mint Leaves,
3-4 Fresh Lemon Wedges,
2-3 Fresh Slices of Peach,
2-3 Thin Slices of Ginger,
Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh lemon wedges, mint leaves, ginger slices, and peach slices, muddle them together. Next, add the bourbon, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into an old-fashion glass and top off with ice, garnish with a sprig of mint.
