BOURBON RICKEY

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz (45ml) Bourbon,
¼ oz (7.5ml) Agave Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15ml) Sparkling Water,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Highball Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the Bourbon, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, fresh Lime juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, Add ice to a Highball glass and fine strain your cocktail into it and top off with Sparkling Water. Garnish with a fresh slice of lime and a fresh sprig of mint, enjoy.
